Workshop Reminders

Hello Parents, 

 

We are excited to have your kiddo(s) join us for the I Love Me Workshop. If your kiddo is no longer able to attend, please give us a call or email to let us know. 

 

Here are a few important reminders:

 

-If you have not done so, please Complete The Permission Slip Form which is located on our website. You can access the document by using the Permission form link below.  

 

If there are any mental, emotional and or behavioral struggles that we should be aware of please let us know. 

 

-No Additional Attendees: This is a RSVP event, please do not send additional children unless this has been discussed and confirmed with a staff member.

 

-Please Be On Time: The event starts at 11am. We will not allow entry after 11:20. We will open doors by 10:30 am, to allow your kiddo(s) the opportunity to get checked in, meet other kiddo(s), take pictures, play games and begin arts & crafts. Parents are encouraged to support their kiddo(s) with getting settled...we are asking all parents to go out and enjoy your sunday, parents are welcome to stay for the 1st hour.

 

-SLEEP GREAT: Please be sure your kiddo(s) get great sleep the night prior. We have a full day of physical activities, it is important that your kiddo has had good sleep, is alert and prepared to engage in activities. 

 

-DRESS COMFORTABLY: The kiddos will be engaging in dance, yoga, and physical fitness, it is important that closed toe footwear is worn and comfortable clothing as well. 

 

-PROVIDE ENCOURAGEMENT: Please educate your child on the activities that they will be engaging in during the workshop and encourage your kiddo(s) to participate, and be willing to try new things. 

 

-LUNCH AND SNACK: Lunch and snacks will be provided. Please let us know of any food allergies or dietary restrictions.

 

The event will be located at 2377 Washington Street Roxbury, MA 02119, next door from Silver Slipper and upstairs from REEVX. Pick up is at 4PM.
