Work Development Program

Our Workforce Development Program supports young adults ages 18–21 as they transition into the workforce, higher education, or vocational training. The program is designed to equip participants with the tools, experiences, and confidence they need to succeed in professional environments.
Participants will engage in career exploration, skill-building workshops, mentorship, and hands-on training opportunities that promote independence, leadership, and long-term success.
